i'm talking about the 'hands-on' customer that wants to sit beside you and then watches you knock out a corporate ID that he absolutely loves in about twenty minutes.
He then asks why he's gotta be paying a bunch of cash for something you put together almost instantly, totally not getting that you're not paying for the time (as a rule), you're paying for the skill/experience.
