How Samsung Maybe Copied Apple's iOS Icons Just a Tiny Bit

On day three of the Apple versus Samsung patent lawsuit battle to the death extravaganza, Apple presented some pretty convincing evidence that Samsung copied its trademarked iOS icons. Look at the contacts icon above. OK so maybe Samsung's icon is a horrible orange color and there are two binder rings instead of many, but it doesn't take a degree in graphic design to see that Samsung ganked it straight from Apple's drawing board. Throughout this trial Apple's done a very good job at showing how Samsung copied its ideas. Maybe it did, maybe it didn't, but either Apple has very good lawyers or Samsung's got some 'splainin to do. Check out CNET for even more icon doppelgangers. [CNET via 9To5Mac]

The only one that I can see copied is the Music icon. C'mon Samsung with the CD and everything?! Just use a music note...

But the phone, really? Apple doesn't have a patent on the phone clipart or the color green.
