The Moto Razr's out today, which means the fine folks at iFixit tore it apart piece by piece like hungry direwolves to give us the scoop on what's inside. Here's what the found. (Spoiler: Kevlar and skinnyness)

There are a ton of components packed into supermodel-skinny Razr, and it's solidly built enough that iFixit needed a freaking dozuki to get the back panel off (or actually just a spudger, but that's less fun). The plastic and kevlar back that gives the phone so much strength is actually shockingly bendable, and the mystery of the bulge at the top of the phone is found to be the box-shaped 8MP camera.
