There are new movies, books, TV shows, and albums coming out every week. The worst feeling is when you want to see a movie, but you space on it, and before you know it, it's not even in the theaters anymore. Without a a reminder—in the form of an app called Recall—you might forget something worth your while.
What does it do?
Shows you all the newest movies, albums, books, and TV shows and lets you add them to a hit list. Sends you push notifications when these titles are available.
Why do we like it?
Don't worry about pre-ordering anything ever again (unless of course you're worried it will sell out). Recall will send you an alert when an album you want to listen to or a book you want to read comes out. It pulls from iTunes' database, but you can include titles that aren't in the Apple storefront, too. The downside, however, is that you might be buying your media from other places (cough, cough, Amazon), or not even buying it at all. Either way, it still helps to be reminded.
