That’s what saved the show for me. A lot of shows have that manufactured drama, making what’s to come predictable, thus boring. A sudden rapture followed by the final utopia, really followed through on that religious symbolism, which came out nowhere. Good or not is up to debate, at least the ending wasn’t boring.
