Krav Maga is good, but if he's going to keep tackling multiple opponents Kenpo may be a better choice, it has more techniques for that exact situation. Unless he anticipates guns in which case Krav Maga has some of the slickest gun disarms I've yet encountered. Read more

Homemade marshmallow really don't taste anything like the store bought ones. I make Alton Brown recipe semi-frequently and really they tase like sweet vanilla fluff, no chemicals. They also are amazing in hot-chocolate. I'd urge you to try it at least once before writing off a whole confectionery branch. What I Read more

If you are concerned a bout VOC one possibility would be cardboard concrete footer tubes like sonatubes. But I think these days most of them are waxed, which might make painting or covering them problematic.
