Native NYer here. I agree with BobDenver. That is the WTC. And if somehow I'm wrong, they should realize it looks very similar to the WTC and change the ad. What were they smoking when they did that????
@hughjass — Usually after I read the newspaper in the morning, I don't read it again. So by the end of the week I have a stack of useless papers. Now if I could use that for something else (after the print erases) — cool. Makes recycling that much easier for lazy ppl like me.

I haven't heard these new models, but I've heard their previous one and the sound is pretty solid (for a one speaker system). I personally own the Denon S-301. It's a 2.1 system and they cost about the same as Niro's top of the line 1000 model, but the Denons are hands down my fave.
@Eugene — driving a pickup in NYC isn't practical (esp when there's never any parking around). But this one might change my mind.
@Complexity — thanks for the lengthy comparison. I agree with you, spec-wise and looks-wise, the Mac Mini is gonna trump the Tangent. But look at it (the Tangent). It looks freakin' mean. Like it'd eat your Mac Mini, your cat, your child for lunch. That's the context I was aiming at w/ the headline.
