Every day I see tweets from people who're sick of Google Instant. I don't mind it personally, but after reading Charlie Brooker's hilarious column in today's Guardian about it, perhaps it's time word got out about the kill-switch. [Preferences]

Back when they added search prediction/completion to the entry box, that was new/different/cool.
"Google Instant" is just fluff to distract from their not having done anything interesting in search lately.
