The scary thing is I can see ISPs in Canada doing something almost exactly like that picture. They already nickel and dime us for cable, landlines, and cellphones. The major ISPs already put monthly caps on our internet access. Rogers does the same throttling Comcast did already. You should see our cellphone plans. And the scary thing is that we'll all accept it as normal 2 years after it happens, or we'll switch to small ISPs that already offer better speed with no monthly download cap for half the price. #
