Dude goes into AT&T store asking for an "AT&T landline phone." The kids working at the counter don't know what the hell he's talking about. As someone who hates to draw attention to himself in public, this "polite umbrella" has me caught—half of me is like, "Phew, finally something I can use to avoid umbrella-related negative interactions on New York sidewalks."
