Disney owns both Marvel and ABC, but that doesn’t mean it’s the only channel that can have Marvel TV shows. Fox just announced that it’s working on its own Marvel show, tentatively called Hellfire. Plus another Marvel show is in the pipeline for FX, called Legion.
The X-Men movies seem to be delving further and further into their own past — first a Wolverine prequel, and now an origin story for Professor X and Magneto. But sequels to X-Men: The Last Stand are still coming.
Last week we all got our hopes up after Wolverine's young Cyclops, Tim Pocock, tweeted that X-Men First Class would be filming next year. But producer Lauren Shuler Donner squelched rumors about the "young X-Men" movie... but sparked X4 rumors.
