For this image of a Nikon D3000 with 50mm Nikkor lens, I held up the camera to an SB-600 diffused with an umbrella and fired away. I used a Nikon D90 with Nikkor 35-70 lens and an extension tube to get a closeup of the lens flare generated from the light coming through the viewfinder.

Exposure info: 1/160, f22, ISO 200, 70mm focal length (plus extension tube).
