Optoma’s 3D-XL comes in the shape of a little black box, which grabs content from Blu-ray players, PS3 and other 3D sources, and connects them to Optoma projectors as well as the numerous DLP link-compatible projectors available.

The 3D-XL has two HDMI 1.4 inputs and one HDMI 1.3 output, and comes with just one pair of active shutter glasses. On sale in December before Christmas, it’ll cost $499 and $83 for every additional pair of 3D glasses. [Amazon via 3D-Display-Info]
