For the time being*, the Droid RAZR is Motorola’s top dog, and one of the best Android handsets around. That warrants a close comparison of its guts versus the internals of other top phones.

On paper, it matches up well against the top offerings from other manufactuerers and platforms. Though it lacks the same pixel densitiy, the screen nearly matches the iPhone 4S in resolution. It’s RAM and CPU speeds match that of the Galaxy S II and its battery is unmatched. And though it’s mostly slimmer at it’s slimmest point than any other phone, one must take into consideration that there’s some extra mass at the bottom of the phone.
