This appears to be different than that slightly-better-spec’d-Transformer Prime we saw this morning, since last word was that that device wouldn’t see an ICS boost until the second quarter of this year. But Nvidia’s being cagey about names tonight!

UPDATE: It’s official. This evening we got a notification on our Transformer Prime that a software update was available. It took about 10 minutes and now it is indeed running Android 4.0.3. Right off the bat, it definitely seems faster than it was (which was already stupid fast). We’ll give you a final verdict after wave run it through the gauntlet.
