Matty Sallin’s Bacon Alarm Clock, which I believe was a 60s anti-police jam band, has entered the 21st century with this amazing new porkish update. Part art project, part electronics experiment, and part delicious way to greet the day, the Wake ‘n’ Bacon is essentially an alarm clock wired to a heat lamp. At the appointed hour, the light turns on, the bacon begins to smelt, and the sleeper is awakened.
