It doesn’t fly, but this Bat-Bot has sonar and can distinguish one plant type from another. What’s more, the ears move around like a real bat’s. Which means that this research from the Active Perception Lab at the University of Antwerp in Belgium will at the very least lead to a Furby upgrade in the near future.
