Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse all builds to a singular moment. It’s when Miles is running away from all the Spider-people, he’s on the train heading towards the moon, and Miguel finally grabs him. In this moment we learn the truth—that all of this is Miles’ fault—and that Miles rejects that truth, growing into the Spider-Man he knows he can be.
