Good morning, everybody! Like Bilbo and Hamslam, those two jolly dwarves from J.R.R. Tolkien’s Dune, Joel and Intern Chris are off to E3 while I, John, am stuck here to amuse you as they enjoy fine PR-party shrimp dishes and a collection of toothsome, and available(!), booth babes. We will be producing a torrent of content including, if Joel figures out the camera we gave him, torrents of video and still images as well as a number of exciting developments in the gastrointestinal state of Chris, our roving Sushi taster.
What do we need from you? Your undivided attention. We will be reporting from the show floor as it happens, and we’ll have the latest and greatest in electronical devices and softwarickles available for your quick perusal. We may get things wrong sometimes—sorry for saying that the PS3 will support Legend of Zelda Reborn: The Wind Maker—but we will certainly make up for our ineptitude by sheer moxie and a wave of poorly written and researched content.
