When I first saw this thing, I felt that it fit firmly between two or three worlds and couldn’t quite make up its mind. It’s a photo viewer, it has a great screen, and it has lots of storage space. But Grandma isn’t going to whip one out on the bus to show off her grandkids and your wedding photographer isn’t going to dump pictures of you and Lance eating cake onto it mid-Chicken Dance. Whither, then, the P-2000?

I think a very quick and dirty wireless (Bluetooth, maybe?) digital camera storage system is really the way to go, but this short review seems to sum things up for us re: the P-2000: great for SLR digital users, short battery life, and a great screen. Thanks, Bios Magazine, for taking it to the next level in service journalism.
