I’m not too excited about meeses these days, especially after the Mighty Mouse took everybody to the woodshed with its magical squirrel ball. This one, however, deserves mention. It’s a 1600dpi laser mouse with, get this, a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser, which offers, apparently, 30x more tracking prowess.
I’m not sure what a Vertical Cavity Surface is but I’m suspecting it’s something that gets looked at by the family Doc to make sure nothing’s growing up there. The mouse also has a dedicated Instant-Access button that can run an application or macro. It’s no squirrel ball, but at least they’re trying.
