Most watches use luminescent paint to make the hands and face glow for a few hours—they actually used to use radium and that caused mouth cancer in a countless number of watchmakers. Luminox, however, uses tiny vials of radioactive gas to offer up to 25 years of non-stop illumination.
This Blackbird model has two faces, the main face and a second 24-hour face on the band. There’s also some nice chrono features and a cool black PVD coating.
