A at first glace this product appeared to just be an overpriced USB extension cable. After further investigation, I was only partially correct. This is a cradle that charges and syncs the Shuffle. Some of the key features highlighted on the Pacific Rim website are the white color that matches the Shuffle and a blue light showing it’s charging. Wow. One more visual UI cue.
This cradle does have its advantage. Save that aching back by not having to crawl behind your tower. Also keep those arm cramps away since reaching around the laptop would not be needed anymore. The cradle is a mere $10.99 which is pretty cheap for an iPod accessory.
