Well, so far so good. OWC still hasn’t gotten C&D’ed for creating the Other Roadtrip and now even has the RoadTrip!+. This version uses the iPod’s dock connector to charge the iPod en route.

This $28 device transmits on 87.9MHz and is powered through the car’s cigarette lighter. Looks like an elegant, space-saving solution but there’s no cradle, so if you drive angry your iPod’s going to bear the brunt of your effusiveness.
