David Pogue will go to any lengths to get the story. He’ll climb Kilimanjaro to get a glimpse at the fabled “ice blue iPod Photo.” He’ll slay hordes of mutant PR orcs to get to the vaunted “Legend of Zelda skinned Nintendo DS.” He’ll ride a little bike to show off the extreme sports video dongle that comes with the SC-X105L.
Priced at about $600, this tiny flash-based camcorder can old hold about 10 minutes of video, and it’s small enough, to discreetly grab your Uncle participating in the extreme sport of “drinking too much Campari” or your dog grabbing mad air in the “XTREEM Living Room Rug Peeing Competition.”
It’s waterproof, shockproof, and it’s still a one-trick pony until they can give it a little more memory.
