A company calling itself Docomo, which probably isn’t the telecomm company, has created a 40 gram MP3 player that appears to be a rebranded Olympus DAP with a fluffy, fuzzy ‘shroom outer casing. I believe it’s that the ‘shroom is actually just an MP3 player case and not a standalone device, as gleaned from this excerpt from an enlightening Babeled press release:

It is called ‘Docomodake’ which sounds ‘Docomushroom’ and ‘Only Docomo’ at the same time in Japanese. The MP3 player is 2005 summer custom(?) edition of docomo brand(?) MP3 player which will be only given to lucky 200 Docomo Premier Club members who happen to choose to live with Docomodake over ‘Aichi Expo pair ticket’ and ‘Locman watch’. Following 1000 members will get dolls of this popular fungus.
