We all know that Tamagotchi are strange and wonderful pets. They are fun, pleasantly addictive, and can pass through the digestive system of a 30-year-old man unharmed and, in fact, a little better for the trip. Well, Make magazine now teaches us the magical language of the Tamagotchi, encouraging to finally wash and sanitize our wee plastic adventurer and begin communicating with him again in earnest.
Their goal, through the use of stem cell research, is to “replicate” a Tamagotchi inside of an MP3 player or cell-phone, thereby tricking the plastic darlings into communicating and, ultimately, mating with these quisling Tamagotchii in the wild.
