Not too uber-techy but these things catch my eye again and again. Based on old-timey diver’s watches, these things are massive and use a Swiss quartz movement or a Japanese chronograph quartz movment, depending on model. There is also a canteen crown guard which was used in WWII watches to ensure water resistance.
I think the era of big watches is over, but these are still pretty sexy. They also have a brand new set of automatic pieces which cost approximately $5 billion. Ok, 1500 euro which, at today’s exchange rates, is close to $5 billion.
