We were all excited about Verizon’s EV-DO phone and then they go and pull all mention of it. It’s like it went into the Phone Protection Program, on the run from the mob. The E815 was supposed to be the cream of Verizon’s EV-DO line-up. It included Bluetooth and 1xEV-DO.
No word on why, where, or how, but the phone is gone from their website and is no longer available. Mobilemag suspects it’s some sort of fascist thought-control experiment, which, knowing Verizon, is entirely possible.
The official reason is unknown, but their 1984 like actions of simply deleting all related information from their web site has upset many customers.
