    TechTV rounds up their picks for the best of the new Tablet PCs. They recommend going with what is called a 'convertible-style' Tablet PC - essentially a laptop with a touch-sensitive screen that can swivel around and fold into a writing surface. Of these, they like Toshiba's Portege 3500 best.
