If you're like me, or most cell phone users for that matter, I'm sure there's been a time when you've spent way too much time trying to talk to your carrier's customer service, and got absolutely nowhere. Be it a billing problem, bad service or just a general complaint, we've all been left holding our...phones on more than one occasion. Well, the Better Business Bureau of Upstate NY has decided to help by actually terminating Cingular's membership on account of a total 200 complaints against the company last year, 20 of them left completely unanswered. It may be a small gesture, but it brings a feeling of satisfaction nonetheless. Will it help? I think it's going to take a lot more than upstate NY to get these companies to take their foot out of their behinds when it comes to caring about us, but there's always hope.
