Philips Signs THQ For amBX Sensory Gaming

Philips has announced the signing of THQ to take the next step towards their amBX lighting technology. THQ is developing Broken Sword: The Angel of Death which will use the amBX lighting technology. This is just the beginning for Philips plans with amBX. They think they are going to revolutionize the gaming world by adding other sensory experiences into gaming such as force feedback with amBX enabled peripherals and crazy lighting. We're gamers, not druggies looking for a crazy trip—well most of us are one or the other.

Sounds like a cool idea on paper, but I highly doubt it will be able to take off as an actual product.
