If a Korean company gets its way, it won't be long before we start seeing portable media devices with 3D displays. Developed by Innertech, these displays are outfitted with a module that, according to reports, can deliver 3D images on a 4.3-inch PMP display. Right now, the company is in talks with cellphone companies to take its technology to the nascent world of multimedia-firendly cellphones. No word on when (or, more accurately, if) we'll ever see this technology actually in products. A man can dream, though.
Obviously, the third dimension is somewhat hard to depict with flat photos, but does the thought of cellphones and other portable devices with 3D displays rev your engine?
