Looks like there's another crazy patent troll in the MP3 world again. Texas MP3 Technology is claiming that they invented the MP3 player. The best part is that they applied for the patent the day before the lawsuit was filed.

The Gamecube lives on? A few days ago Perrin Kaplan, VP of Marketing at Nintendo of America, was caught saying that the aging Nintendo console was no longer being produced. Well it looks like she was a little off base, since a spokesperson for Nintendo UK is refuting the entire statement.

Samsung graphics card memory is going to be getting quite the speed boost. There new memory called GDDR4 is already pushing the clock speed of some high end cards all the way up to 2,000 MHz.

If you feel like you might be addicted to the web, (Visits to Gizmodo don't count) you might want to check out China. They are mounting a public crusade against Internet addiction. Complete with shock therapy, on second thought maybe we all should stay away.
