This 63-year old California man has some intestinal fortitude. Rather than wait for a doctor to repair his hernia, he decided to fix it himself … with a butter knife.
The wife of the ailing man called the police for help after the dreadful self-surgery. The officers found the man butt-naked on a lounge chair with a butter knife protruding from his stomach. He was lucid, cooperative, and even pulled out the knife when asked.
