The New Images of the World's Newest Tallest Building Are Simply Insane

We showed you the first look of the world's tallest building, the Kingdom Tower. Now, Chicago's AS+GG Architecture has released stunning new renders of the project. The glass and steel spire would look perfectly at home in Coruscant.

The 3,280-foot (one kilometer!) Kingdom Tower will dwarf the 2,717-foot (828-meter) Burj Khalifa. You will be able to travel through it at 10 meters per second using one of its 59 elevators. If you want to go up to that observation deck—which is going to be private, apparently—it will take you one minute and forty seconds to do it. [AS+GG]
