Wired News has put together its annual list of last year’s no-shows — products that were promised for 2003 but never delivered. Among the gadgets rounding out the list (there’s plenty of software on there, too): Griffin’s TiVo-for-radio-like RadioShark, Fossil’s Palm-powered WristPDA (pictured at right), the high-definition TiVo, SanDisk’s WiFi SD expansion card for Palms, and the Phantom PC gaming console. We’d add the long-overdue OQO ultrapersonal computer to the list, along with the TAZ I personal video player (being an advertiser doesn’t earn you a free pass), and the Neonode N1 smartphone.
