MPIO has announced three new portable audio players today, the FL300 (which we’ve seen before), the FY400, and the HD300 [pictured], all of which should be available immediately online or at Best Buy.
The FL300 is a flash-based player that is clearly taking a cue from iRiver’s N10 pendant MP3 player. The FY400 is much more traditional flash player available in sizes from 128MB to 1GB and operates for 20 hours off a single AAA battery. The best part of the FY400 seems to be the price—just $220 for the 1GB player.

Lastly, there’s the HD300, a hard disk-based player with a 20GB capacity and a 16-hour playback life on a single charge, as well as touch-sensitive pad right on the front of the unit (a lot like the yet-to-be-announced player from Creative). The HD300 is selling for $280.
