What happens when a belt sander is applied to a giant stack of paper? Find out, in what I can only assume is a video snatched from a future world where digital books and documents have replaced all paper ones. In such a world, paper is something you would only use for bizarre art projects. In the weirdly mesmerizing vid, called “One More Kilometer,” artists John Wood and Paul Harrison use a power tool to convert a pile of paper into a beautiful, undulating stream of uselessness.
