For Sox alone, Lightyear is one of Pixar’s best in recent years. That robot cat is just an all-time Pixar character from the moment you meet him. Oh, right, and then Lightyear is also this hugely exciting and fun sci-fi adventure with big twists and just enough nostalgia for Pixar movies of the past to work on levels other films by the company haven’t before.
