I like the way Animal Planet thinks. They strapped a tiny wireless camera to the back of a golden eagle, trained to carry the whole rig on her back as she flies. The views are pretty amazing, showing the mechanics of the eagle's feathers as it flies around and is harassed by other birds. And if you pretend that every time the host says "camera" in these videos he's actually saying "laser," you'll see why this rig-up has the framework to support the most awesome patriotic mascot America has ever had. I wonder if they can glue up and eagle's claws with some rhinestones?
Also, I take it this is part of a whole series of a 'tiny cameras on animals' show. I blame Katie Couric.
