Do you feel that? The air outside. It’s actually… comfortable. This long excruciating winter seems to have finally reached its end. One of the best ways to celebrate the Spring season is to invite some friends over for an outdoor movie night. It’s pretty easy to put together, so long as you have a solid projector. Luckily those are only getting more powerful and cheaper in price as the tech gets better. Right now, this one from Anker is even 20% off. The Anker Nebula P1i portable projector normally goes for $369, but it’s come down to just $295 for a limited time. You end up saving yourself $74.

The Anker Nebula P1i is designed with portability in mind. The built-in handle makes its easy to carry around. It does require being plugged in for it to run. You might find that disappointing, but honestly, most portable projectors that run off a battery tend to have a real short life on a single charge. Sometimes only about two hours, which may not get your through a whole movie. The Nebula on the other hand can just be plugged in and then you don’t have to worry about being interrupted by an accidental intermission as the power dies down.

Picture quality is superb. The Anker Nebula P1i is able to project brightly at 380 ANSI lumens. That’s bright enough to still be able to see details in even the dark scenes. It’s also capable of displaying in 1080p full HD resolution.

Sound quality is given some extra attention on this projector. Anker has developed the Nebula P1i with dual built-in 10W Dolby Audio speakers which flip out from the base. They can be angled out 90 degrees to the side or be turned 200 degrees up and down to perfectly amplify your sound to reach everyone.

Stream With Google TV

This Anker projector is equipped with a Google TV interface. That means no need for any additional streaming stick. Natively, you’ll be able to access Netflix. YouTube, Prime Video and more from the projector directly.

Setup is super easy. The Anker Nebula P1i is capable of autofocus as well as automatic keystone correction. This means you can lift it up the move it closer or further from whatever surface you’re projecting onto, and the projector itself will make any settings adjustments its needs to on its own. That also makes it easy to change up using it inside or outside on a frequent basis.
