Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio
Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro produces a lot of things and
not all of them are winners. But when he puts his name above the title
on a film he co-directed, you know he’s proud of it. And he should be
proud of his stop-motion Pinocchio, which takes the tried and true
tale and fractures it through the dark, disturbing eye of the
filmmaker.
