Since there’s not a ton of information about the Bluetake BT420s yet, it’s hard to make any judgements (or dick jokes), but I support any stereo Bluetooth headsets at this point pretty much no matter what. Oh wait, there’s a press release PDF. Let me start over.
Second attempt, this time with real details, after the jump.
The BT420s have a dongle with an standard 1/8th-inch audio jack that connects wireless to a folding, rechargeable behind-the-neck stereo headset. There’s even a folding boom mic for using the units as a hands-free headset for your phone, via both Bluetooth Headset or Hands-free profiles. With a battery life of only around 6 hours, you certainly will have to drop them in the charger every night, but I can’t complain. I’ve been asking for Bluetooth stereo headphones for, oh, a couple of years now.
