Via my email:
To Whom It May Concern:
As you may know, the Bluetooth SIG owns the Bluetooth Trademarks, including the Bluetooth word mark, the Bluetooth combination mark, and the Bluetooth figure mark. We understand that you are using the marks for reporting purposes, however, we still ask that you use them appropriately. In a recent review of a blog posted here, we were concerned to see that Gizmodo had added a colorful “2” to the combination mark.
We do ask that you remove the two from the combination mark. The mark is a trademark and though you are using it for reporting purposes, we ask that you use it appropriately. You or the appropriate party should respond to this mail within 14 days, letting me know that this issue has been taken care of.
Best Regards,

I guess I shouldn’t have actually asked for their feedback on my awesome new rainbow logo.
