I don’t have much to add to this except to say that of all the legislation that Arnold has put into effect in California, like banning sex with corpses and making it illegal to smoke unless you smoke expensive cigars, this law that requires cell phone companies to recycle all returned handsets is a step in the right direction. Now they just need to put little bins at each store and kiosk and let you drop off any extra phones you have, no matter which carrier your purchased it through.
