Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) brings a scrawny Steve Rogers into a lab, where he’s strapped into a bed. The Superbowl trailer really showcased the Benjamin Button-esque effects that go into making Chris Evans look like a 99-pound weakling.
And now the bed he’s laying on tilts upright to become the super-soldier machine
And they’re attaching stuff to his chest, to pump it up
The machine closes up like a coffin
For some reason, the scrawny version of Steve Rogers is going through basic training… is this before he gets rejected as a soldier for being too skinny?
And then there’s a random battle scene. More basic training? Or the Nazi saboteurs attacking the Super Soldier test?
Three random guys jump through a window. My bet is on Nazi saboteurs trying to stop the Super Soldier test.
Stanley Tucci plays Abrahm Erskine, developer of the Super Soldier serum. Don’t get too attached to him.

Something’s going wrong! There are sparks and smoke coming out of all the consoles. Nazi saboteurs?
But it worked! He’s all buff now.
Hayley Atwell looks pretty happy. And check out the look on that nurse’s face.
Now Cap goes into action with his crew. That’s Dum Dum Dugan on the right, with his famous bowler hat and mustache. On the left, I would guess that’s Union Jack (J.J. Feild) and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan).

A better look at Cap’s crew. To Cap’s right is Bucky. Then there’s Union Jack in the red beret, Dum Dum Dugan in the bowler, Jim Morita, and then I’m not sure who that is in the blue shirt.

She’s fires a bunch of rounds into it
And winds up pretty impressed
While Cap stays hiding behind it.
