Looks like online office retailer CDW jumped the gun a bit with HP’s new iPaq line, revealing some surprisingly disappointing information about the rz1715, specifically. According to CDW’s information, the rz1715 will not be using the Second Edition of Windows Mobile for Pocket PC, will not have dual-slots as previously rumored, and is listed as being loaded with a minuscule 25MB of RAM. One upside, though, is that the shipping time for all the new iPaqs is listed as 1-2 weeks — if you’re feeling frisky, you could probably pre-order now.
