I’ll be honest, I’m not a super home entertainment genius (although I’m starting to get it all figured out.) But you guys make me nervous sometimes, because I’ll post something I think is cool, or like mention that I bought a crappy home theater system, and people come out of the woodwork to tell me what an audio newb I am. Seriously, people, I know this. (That’s not to say you’ve all been mean – in fact, your suggestions are part of what helps me learn about this stuff).
So anyway, all that’s to say that I sort of sometimes take a wait-and-see on some of the audio and home theater gear and wait until you guys tell me something is awesome, and I’ve really disappointed in you all, because this stuff showed up like two whole days ago and I’m just now seeing it. I mean, when somebody turns a giant ten-sided die into a speaker, I expect to contacted, okay?
There are tons of cool things from CEDIA on this page, in fact, like $40k projectors and the like, so join me in a magical journey of learning and check this stuff out. (Thanks, Kreylix!)

Update: Jamie Clark says that’s a dodecahedron. I say you’re all big nerds.
