Koscielski’s Guns and Ammo of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is selling a new “shotgun” for self-defense that’s about the size of a credit card. The double-barreled block is a muzzle-loader, meaning instead of using proper shells, users tamp down seven BBs and black powder, as well a bit of paper, then fire each barrel via an electric ignition.
There is some question as to the merit of a gun the fires only BBs for self-defense, but at close range the weapon should penetrate flesh, which while not necessarily fatal, would certainly make for an angry burgler or bear. They’ll be available at Koscielski’s shop for just $100.
